Mandhana and Palash’s wedding was scheduled for today, but his health deteriorated during breakfast this morning. He was then admitted to the Sarvhit Hospital and Medical Research Center in Sangli a little later. Doctors examined him here. The doctor stated that he showed symptoms of a heart attack. He is currently under observation.

The Doctor’s Full Statement

The doctor stated that after performing an echo (echocardiogram), no immediate problem was seen, but he needs to be kept under observation, and if necessary, an angiography will also have to be performed.

Dr. Naman Shah said, “Shrinivas Mandhana, who is Smriti Mandhana’s father, experienced pain on the left side of his chest this morning. He had symptoms of a heart attack. He was immediately admitted to Sarvhit Hospital in Sangli. He needs to be kept under constant surveillance. Our cardiologist, Dr. Rohan Thanedar, has thoroughly examined him. Reason for Deterioration

When the doctor was asked about the reason for his deteriorating health, he said that it happens due to physical and mental stress. He said, “This happens due to physical and mental stress. During the wedding time, there is a lot of running around, so it happens because of that.”
